Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses KyberCrypt. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because content is encrypted and we generally cannot see it, we rely on reports and on the conduct rules below.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to store, send, request, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
- Malware, ransomware, or content designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights (see our DMCA Policy).
- Unlawful threats, harassment, doxxing, or incitement to violence.
- Fraud, phishing, or the distribution of stolen credentials or data.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or abuse of the invitation/notification features to send spam.
- Content or activity that violates applicable export controls or sanctions.
Prohibited technical abuse
- Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service except under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reselling or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove access to content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We prioritize action on CSAM and imminent threats to safety. Report abuse to abuse@kybercrypt.com.
