KyberCrypt respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws. Note that content on the Service is encrypted and generally not visible to us; we act on valid notices identifying specific material we can locate and disable.
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@kybercrypt.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the share link).
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by the DMCA to the same address.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
